“Very good as I had a project Manager (Pieter) Designer (Sherry) and the Bathroom fitters headed by Danny were extremely polite and hardworking. They managed to source all the bathroomware I wanted and tiles and although we had a problem with taps they were replaced without a moan. In fact anything I wasn't happy with was sorted out pretty quickly. My old bathroom was ripped out and the new one in during the course of a week. My final payment about a third of the total amount was not handed over until all the works had been finished and I was completely satisfied. “An excellent job. Before Pieter had even left our house to evaluate our quotation, we were already quietly confident that this was the company we wanted, such was his friendly manner and professionalism. He was happy to work to our requirements, and dealt very well with several changes we made to the plan both before and during the work was being done. Even when we mistakenly chose tiles that turned out to be unsuitable only after they were delivered to site, he managed to sort it out with us having to do very little on our part.
The team doing the work were very good too, always consulting with us when there were decisions and choices to be made. They arrived early and left late, working very hard but always finding time to tidy up at the end of each day.

“The work on our bathroom started on time and the design service offered prior to then was first class. Pieter designed exactly what we wanted and at no time was there any "hard sell" such as "if I were you I'd go with this product" etc etc ! Basically we said what we wanted and he provided the design and provided answers to the technical stuff. When it came to the work starting Neil and Adam could not have been more professional. I don't think I have ever seen a ripped out bathroom neatly stacked for disposal!!! Neil and Adam could not have been more courteous when it came to trying to work around a busy family....particularly first thing in the morning !!! I was particularly impressed seeing tools put back in boxes and not left laying around and the extensive use of dust sheets. The bathroom was finished earlier than planned and the quality of the workmanship is nothing short of outstanding. Neil and Mark were the two people who did a wonderful job of our bathroom refurb with some assistance from a young lad called Josh. Neil and Mark started early in the morning and finished at a convenient point either late afternoon or early evening and left the place tidy at the end of each day. During the initial design, Pieter gave us brochures to choose all the new equipment for the bathroom and we then selected the various fittings, which he ordered and had delivered, so there was no need for us to go to any stores. We chose the tiles and he bought them for us at trade price thus saving us money and any which were not used were refunded.
